Movebow launches the Bow Academy to identify and develop the next generation of endurance talent.
Movebow Racing has announced the launch of the Bow Academy, a comprehensive driver development programme designed to identify, train, and prepare emerging talent for the demands of futuristic endurance competition.
The programme combines simulator training, physical conditioning, data analysis workshops, and mentorship from the team's current driver lineup. Candidates will be evaluated across technical aptitude, racecraft, and hybrid deployment strategy.
"Great drivers are built, not found," said Driver Development lead Sofia Reyes. "The Bow Academy gives us a structured pipeline to develop athletes who understand both the machine and the mathematics of modern endurance racing."
Applications open April 1, 2026, with the first intake commencing in September.
